"Bag came in kinda messed up"
I ordered a monogrammed bag and was disappointed when it showed up. The zipper was broken and one of the corners was already scuffed, which isn’t great for something that cost this much. I reached out to support and they asked for photos, but then it took ages to hear anything back. Just expected a lot better.

Checkout did work in the end, but it took me a little longer than I expected. Nothing major went wrong, I just didn’t feel like the process was super smooth. I was also kind of hoping I wouldn’t need to contact customer service, because I don’t usually trust them to be much help if something goes sideways...

"Everything was spot on tbh"
I ordered a few monogrammed things and ngl, I was a little nervous the spelling or initials might get messed up somehow.
But everything came exactly how I typed it in on the site. The names, colors, and placement were all right, and there weren’t any random mistakes or surprises.
I’m really happy with how accurate the whole order was. It made the process way less stressful, and I’d def order again

"Material felt cheap"
The quality wasn’t great. The material felt cheap, and for the price, I think it’s only fair to expect something a bit better made.

The exchange process took way longer than I expected, and the replies were slow. I did get it sorted out in the end, but it definitely felt like more of a hassle than it needed to be.

Ordering from monogramonline.com was smooth. I kept expecting the checkout to be one of those annoying ones where you miss a field and have to go back, but no, it was just... simple, in a good way.
The payment went through fast, and the confirmation email showed up right away. No random popups or weird extra steps, which I really appreciated. I’d probably order from them again.

"Nice engraving, but a little light"
The engraving turned out nice overall, but I was expecting it to be a bit deeper or more noticeable. I also wish the instructions or preview had been clearer so I knew exactly how it would look before ordering.

"Helpful, but the wait was noticeable"
The support team was friendly and they did get my order issue sorted out, so I appreciate that. From the tone of their messages, I got the feeling they were trying to be helpful and weren’t just brushing me off. It just took longer than I expected to hear back, which was a little frustrating. Overall, not a bad experience, but faster replies would’ve made a big difference. I’d say 3 stars feels about right.

The processing took longer than I expected, and it felt like I was just left sitting there waiting. Maybe it’s not a huge deal for everyone, but for me it was frustrating

"Wish there were more design options"
I was trying to make a gift feel a little more personal, but the design choices were limited. The colors felt kind of boring too, and not really what I had in mind lol. For a monogram site, I expected way more options, so it was a bit disappointing.

I was trying to order a monogrammed gift, but the website was kind of frustrating to use. A few pages loaded slowly, and it wasn’t always obvious where I was supposed to choose certain options. I kept having to go back and check my cart because I wasn’t totally sure everything saved correctly. It also had that feeling like there wasn’t a real person behind it if you got stuck, which made the whole process feel more annoying. I did get through it in the end, but checkout definitely took more effort than it should have.

I got my order way sooner than I expected. It showed up really quick, and I didnt have any issues with the tracking at all.

"Looks nice, but I feel a little let down"
I was really hoping this would be better. The monogram looked nice when I first opened it, so I wanted to love it, but the material felt thinner than I expected. Of course, I noticed a few loose threads too, which kind of made me feel like I ended up with one that wasn’t finished as well as it should’ve been. It’s not awful for the price, but I’m just not convinced it’s going to last very long. I’m mixed on it.

I was a little nervous the initials might come out wrong, especially since I’ve seen other people complain about messy or misspelled monograms from different places. But this one came exactly how I typed it. It looks clean, the letters are neat, and there were no spelling issues at all. Happy with how it turned out...

"Showed up right on time"
It arrived right when they said it would. I checked the confirmation email and the timing lined up perfectly, so no complaints at all.
"Looked good, but didn’t last"
I really liked how this looked at first, but after just one wash the stitching started coming loose. I’m careful with washing instructions, so that was disappointing. I feel like if a company sells something as wearable and washable, it should be made with enough care to hold up better than that.

"Great service and worth it"
My monogram came in wrong at first, which was a little frustrating, but their customer service got back to me really quickly and sent out a replacement without making it a big deal. The new one looked great, i really appreciated how easy they made the whole thing. Good customer service makes a difference, and I’d say they handled it really well.

"Why Is Sizing Always a Guessing Game?"
The fit definitely ran a bit small, which is kind of annoying because sizing should not feel like a mystery every time you order something. That said, it’s still wearable for me, so I’m keeping it, but I definitely wish it had a little more room.
